This position will require that you design large-scale game systems that maximize engagement, revenue, and retention. Responsibilities Mentor junior designers and help review their work Work with the team to brainstorm new ideas Run play tests and use the team's feedback for the continual improvement of games Work with Producers and developers to define, plan, and iterate game features to a high quality standard Write documents that effectively communicate game features requirements Analyze game metrics/feedback and make design decisions based upon them.
