Develop operating specifications for telecommunications equipment and services to transmit and receive data between computers, and between computers and terminal stations.

Provides new customer orientation training on system operation as needed and provides guidance on integration between talk groups and procedures on obtaining authority to share resources.
Maintains, updates, assigns, and controls all radio identifications to include, block identifications, radio identification numbers, talk group identification, and encryption secure codes used on the system.
