To support telecommunications infrastructure, the full-time Telecommunications Technician will install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Call Manager systems, manage repair tickets, and maintain telephone equipment in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Provide technical support for a range of customer repair tickets and requests for changes Install, test, maintain, and repair telephone system equipment while managing documentation Collaborate with Cisco Voice Engineers to analyze and escalate issues effectively Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work history and education; minimum HS Diploma or GED required 3 to 5 years of experience in telecommunications and related equipment, preferably in healthcare ITIL Foundation Certification Knowledge of basic project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
