TERRITORY GROWTH MANAGER

Deck Armor Inc.  |  Tampa, FL

$40,000 base plus uncapped commission  |  On-target earnings $70,000 to $85,000

YOUR MISSION

You will own the growth of Deck Armor across the Tampa Bay market.

Build the relationships, generate the opportunities, and close the business that makes Deck Armor the go-to name in custom marine flooring in your territory. Boat owners, captains, marinas, dealers, anyone who lives around the water. Turn those relationships into revenue and long-term customers.

This is not managing a lead list. You are growing a market. Deck Armor is expanding from its Tampa roots into a nationwide franchise brand, and your results will directly shape where we go next.

If you know boats, fishing, or grew up on the water, even better. It is not required. We can teach you the product. We cannot teach drive.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Grow the Tampa Bay territory. Build relationships, create opportunities, turn conversations into revenue.
• Own the pipeline. Respond to hot inbound leads fast, follow up relentlessly, quote boats, close deals, collect deposits.
• Build in the boating community. Boat owners, captains, marina operators, dealers, and partners. On the phone, at the shop, at marinas, at boat shows, wherever boaters gather.
• Run our proven sales process. Deck Armor's 11-step process and CRM, from first interest to installation.
• Create customers who become advocates. People hand us a worn-out deck and we hand back a boat they cannot stop showing off. Make the whole experience worth talking about.
• Own your numbers. Know your pipeline, hit your targets, celebrate the wins.

ABOUT DECK ARMOR

Deck Armor installs custom, hand-laid granulized rubber flooring for boats. Waterproof, slip resistant, UV resistant, and backed by a lifetime warranty.

We are building more than better boat flooring. Deck Armor was founded in Tampa and opened seven locations in its first year, from Tampa to Puerto Rico to Tacoma. We are building a nationwide franchise organization with a target of 25 locations by the end of 2026.
